Is in-store shopping an option?

Will out of stock items become available again?
Yes! We try to restock all of our products as quickly as possible, provided they haven’t been discontinued. Follow along on social media for restock updates as we receive them, or subscribe to our email restock notifications to be the first to know when your item is back on the shelves! We appreciate your support, as well as your patience!
Do you offer in-store pickups?
Yes! During the checkout process, select the ‘Pick Up’ option available in the shipping section to pick your order up at our storefront. Pickup orders are typically available within 2-3 business days after your order is placed.
Do you offer a warranty on any of your products?
We offer a 365-Day warranty on *all of our products.
Here at Saranoni, our biggest mission is our products to bring you and yours comfort and warmth for years to come, which is why every Saranoni product comes with a one-year limited warranty. Your warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship within a 365-day period from the purchase date. Saranoni, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace or issue a refund for any product that proved to be defective in materials or workmanship.
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover wear and tear, misuse or abuse, improper care or maintenance, stains from use, alteration or repair by unauthorized representatives or damage from transit or handling.
Saranoni products can be machine washed in cold water and should be hung to dry. Washing Saranoni products in warm or hot water or drying Saranoni product in a dryer can compromise the softness and quality of the blanket. Also, Saranoni products should not be washed using fabric softener or detergent pods. Products damaged through improper washing or drying are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Muslin swaddles, blankets and quilts are the exception and can be washed in any temperature and dried in the dryer. Fabric softener or detergent pods may also be used.

The lot number found on the back of the wash instruction tag
How the product was washed and dried
Detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
OR we should include a link the the manufacturer’s claim form

What payment methods are accepted by Saranoni?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as ApplePay, GooglePay, AmazonPay, Klarna and PayPal.

Can I return/exchange a gift?
Gift orders can be returned for store credit as long as the follow our return policy. In order for a gift return to be approved you need to email service@saranoni.com with the following information:
Original purchaser’s information: First and last name, email address or shipping address
The item(s) you wish to return
When will my order ship?
Our typical processing time is 1-3 business days. Shipping speed is based on the delivery window selected at checkout.
During our busy Holiday shopping season, orders typically ship within 7-15 business days. If you choose to have your blanket(s) embroidered, there is an additional 5-7 business day lead time on embroidery in addition to the order processing time (7-15 business days).
What is Route? Why do I need it?
Route package protection plan is a package insurance that guarantees full compensation in the case that something happens to your package during transit.
Please note that removing this from your order at checkout waives our ability to compensate for any damage or theft!

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Packages
If your order is lost, stolen or damaged and you purchased Route at checkout you can file a claim here to receive compensation.
How do I cancel my order?
You can edit or cancel your order through your confirmation email. Just scroll to the bottom and hit the edit or cancel order button. Please be aware–blankets can go out of stock while you are editing your order. If it is an embroidery order please call in to cancel.
Can I edit my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to make any adjustments to the contents. However, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped out, you can cancel the order using the edit/cancel button within your confirmation email and replace the order with the adjustments.
The tracking on my order says delivered but I can’t find my package, what do I do?
We have seen packages arrive up to 5 business days after the delivery tracking notifies the recipient that it’s been delivered. If you have still not received your package after 5 days from the last tracking update, please contact us at service@saranoni.com and we will proceed at that point!
I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, what do I do?
As long as your order has not been shipped out, we are able to change the shipping address for you. Call or email our customer service team with your order number and correct shipping address and they can get that changed for you.

What is the processing time for embroidery?
Our typical embroidery processing time is and additional 3-5 business days in addition to the order processing time of 1-3 business days.
Our Holiday embroidery processing time is up to 5-7 business days due to the large influx in orders.
Can I return or exchange an embroidered blanket?
Unfortunately, due to the personalization of embroidery we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for embroidered products.
Which blankets can be embroidered?
We currently only offer embroidery on the following products:
* All Patterned Faux Fur blankets
* All Lush blankets
* All Dream blankets
*Satin Border Receiving and Toddler sizes
We find that other Saranoni materials don’t produce the same high-quality results for various reasons. Thank you for understanding!
