Order Questions
How to cancel my order?
Can I edit my order after placing it?
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any adjustments to the contents. However, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped out, you can cancel the order using the edit/cancel button within your confirmation email and replace the order with the adjustments. For embroidery orders, contact service@saranoni.com to edit your order.
How do I change my shipping address?
Provided your order has not been shipped out, your shipping address can be adjusted. Call or email our customer service team with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as possible!

Can I pick up in-store?
Yes! During the checkout process, select the ‘Local Pick Up’ option available in the shipping section to pick your order up at our storefront. Pickup orders are typically available within 2-3 business days after your order is placed, or you can also shop in-store 9-5 at: 700 W 1700 S Suite 108 Logan, UT 84321
Shipping Questions
When will my order ship?
Expect your order to process in 1-3 business days, with an additional 3-5 business days on embroidered items. Shipping speed is based on the delivery window and method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, your expedited timeline will start, and you will be notified!
Please note: shipping time may vary seasonally, depending on location, carrier, weather, safety regulations, and other factors.
During sales and promotions, orders typically ship within 7-10 business days
How can I get Free Shipping?
Qualify for FREE standard shipping on all US orders when you spend $100 or more! (The Free Shipping threshold amount may change periodically from $50, $75, or $100 please ask us if you have questions)
Please note: our free shipping policy requires orders to be above $100+ before taxes, embroidery fees, and shipping costs and after the application of any promo codes. Free shipping is only for the 48 contiguous states excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
How do I track my order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track the progress of your shipment! Email service@saranoni.com with any questions regarding the status of your order.
The tracking on my order says delivered but I can’t find my package?
First, please check all entrances. Front door, back door, garage, any side doors, most of the time your tracking will have proof of delivery. Please check that the picture is your home and the address was correct.
Secondly, we have seen packages arrive up to 5 business days after the delivery tracking notifies the recipient of delivery. If you have still not received your package after 5 days from the last tracking update, please contact service@saranoni.com!
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! The customer is financially responsible for all import duties and tariffs to the carrier upon delivery. All orders may incur duty, tax and brokerage fees (please contact your local Customs Office for more information). For packages that are refused upon delivery the customer will be responsible for all applicable duties and tariffs to import the items back to Saranoni. Bean bags are not eligible to be shipped internationally.
APO/FPO/DPO Shipping - Available for all items with the exception of bean bags.

Can I return or exchange a gift?
Gift orders can be returned for store credit or an exchange provided the item follows our return policy. To approve your gift return, contact service@saranoni.com with the following: complete order number if available, the name on the order, the email used to place the order or the shipping address on the order!
Please note: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a gift return.
What is Free Returns + Package Protection?
If you purchase our free returns + package protection bundle at checkout you are able to return or exchange your items free of charge. Saranoni will provide return labels.
Package protection protects your order from all lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Product Questions
Do your products contain any allergens or toxic ingredients?
Safety is important to us here at Saranoni! We have our products tested regularly to ensure that they meet safety standards. We work with manufacturers that are OEKO-Tex Certified. Our products are required to pass a flammability test to be Oeko-Tex certified and safe for children, adults, and pets. Our products are also Prop 65 compliant.
How do I care for my blanket?
Saranoni Blankets should always be washed in cold water with like colors, no fabric softener, tide pods, or Dreft detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry, and never put your blanket in the dryer! These fabrics don't like the heat. This will help to ensure your blanket stays soft and silky for years to come! Please see our wash instructions here.

Embroidery
What is your custom Embroidery?
We offer a variety of customizable fonts and colors to help you personalize special blankets with names, logos, patterns and more. Our in-house embroidery team is excited to work with you!
What is the processing time for Embroidery?
Our typical embroidery processing time is 3-5 business days in addition to the normal order processing time of 1-3 business days. With that being said, embroidery can take up to 8 full business days to process, before your order ships. Please keep this in mind when ordering custom embroidery.
Can I return or exchange an Embroidered blanket?
Due to the customizable nature of embroidery, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on embroidered products.
Which blankets do you embroider on?
We currently offer embroidery exclusively on the following products: Patterned Faux Fur, Lush, Dream, Satin Border Receiving and Toddler, Loveys, and Pet Blankets. We find that other Saranoni materials don’t produce the same high-quality results.
